Dear Parents,
This questionnaire is to help us understand your perspective about our school.
Your feedback and information will be used for our analysis, and the comments will be used for reflection and continuous improvement. Please complete this questionnaire before the 13th of January 2025. (Please complete one survey per child per class.)
